Numerical Controls in Continuous Evolution, Our Prerogative.

In the increasingly competitive world of metalworking, efficiency and precision are essential. Sipro Srl continues to stand out for its commitment to research and development.

This approach, oriented towards customer satisfaction and continuous product improvement, has led to the recent implementation of two new fixed milling cycles within its numerical controls: the G78 and the G79.

The advantages of fixed cycles in numerical control

Fixed cycles, integrated directly into the numerical control, offer a concise way to program repetitive machining functions, such as drilling, boring and pocket milling. By entering a simple ISO code instruction, these operations are automated, reducing complexity and programming time. This approach allows operators to focus on productivity, ensuring precision and efficiency in the processes.

What's new: G78 and G79

G78 - Emptying of circular pockets

This cycle allows you to empty circular pockets with programmed increments of the working depth. The tool executes a path composed of concentric circles, starting from the center of the pocket and proceeding outwards. The working radius progressively increases until it reaches the final dimensions of the pocket.

G79 - Emptying of rectangular pockets

Similar to G78, this cycle is designed for rectangular pockets, also offering the possibilityof filleting the four vertices. The tool follows a concentric rectangular path, progressivelyexpanding the sides. Both cycles include two distinct machining phases: roughing and finishing. In the roughingphase, the tool removes most of the material, leaving a programmable oversize. It is alsopossible to define the number of the finishing tool to be used in the next phase. Onceroughing is completed, the cycle mounts the selected precision tool to perform thefinishing, ensuring the highest quality of work.

In every Sipro Srl product the Know How of 40 years of constant research for innovation

The automation of repetitive operations, such as emptying pockets, allows to reduceprocessing times and errors, while improving the quality of the final product.Other features are already being developed in the Sipro Srl laboratories and will soon beavailable to continue to meet the evolving needs of the sector.Sipro Srl confirms itself as a point of reference in industrial automation, thanks to the abilityto combine cutting-edge technologies and a deep understanding of customer needs.
