A practical example of this integrated approach is the automation of a flowpack machine used for packaging plastic cutlery. In this application, the SIPRO vision system identifies the position of the cutlery items arriving on the conveyor.
The Delta robot picks them up and accurately places them in the correct orientation, while the gripper—designed in-house specifically for this product—ensures secure and rapid handling without reducing line speed.
Every component has been developed by the same engineering team, with a common objective: maintaining high production rates while ensuring reliable long-term operation.
