Bandsaw

Description

Sipro has made several applications for bandsaws for metal sheet industry.

The bandsaw can cut automatically straight or inclined pieces, with the edges cut at non constant and different corners etc etc.

Sipro’s numerical controls allow to program simply the automatic cycle using the insertion of some data within a number of implemented parametric figures.

For example you can set the section (circular, square, rectangular), the length of the bar, the number of bars, the number of pieces per bar, the unloading side, the angles related to inclination etc.

Particular attention has been paid in the management of the parameters related to the processing of different materials.

Numerical controls most commonly used on bandsaws are SIAX A100 with integrated touch screen 7” display or with separate Android terminal with a 10” or 12” display (HMIS10 and HMIS12).
