Horizontal packaging machines

Description

Sipro has an extensive and historical experience in the world of packaging and in particular on horizontal packaging lines and machines, both rotary than translating.

The use of Sipro’s numerical controls allows an ease of use and a custom programming according to the various production requirements, ensuring high speed either on individual machines either on the multi-axes lines, maximum precision and simple maintenance.

For packaging sector Sipro has developed, within its numerical controls, a large number of programmable and customizable specific functions for its customers such as, for example: the speed adjustment for notch’s centering; the management of the speed profile for rotary welding group or translating or “long dwell” type; the management of the tall pack; the automatic adjustment as a function of the product variable length (LVA), the function “no product no bag” and the management of the various accessory axes (belt feeder, speed modulation gearbox, die-cutter etc.) present on the machine or in the line.

In packaging and in packaging lines machinery all the range of Sipro’s numerical controls has been used, depending of the type of job to be performed and depending on the machine/line requirements: from the simple control with integrated touch screen SIAX A100, to the more advanced SIAX M8 control (both in the version with integrated touch screen and in the internal panel version with operator interface on Android terminal HMIS10 or HMIS12). Solutions used by Sipro that are particularly efficient are both temperature control modules and brushless motors with integrated drive connected to the numerical control through Ethercat fieldbus.
