Description

Sipro has several times used its numerical controls for compression and torsion spring machinery, with closed or variable step.

Sipro started from simple machines with two axes, arriving to the machines with 9 and more controlled axes, all with brushless motors and drives with absolute encoder for the control of the forming tool, the central mandrel and the other optionals present on the machine.

High speed and excellent productivity of the machine, together with customizable editor for the creation of the spring are the most appreciated SIPRO advantages in such application.

The most frequently numerical controls used in the spring machinery are SIAX M-EVO/T with user interface on Android terminal of da 10” or 15” (HMIS10 Android, HMIS12 Android and HMIS15 Android) or the industrial PC ( CO15-W , CO18-W and CO21-W ).
