Resin/Glue dispensing machines

Description

Sipro has successfully applied its numerical controls on several dispensing machines and pantographs for the glue or resin distribution.

An important feature of SIPRO’s numerical controls which is exploited on these machines is the constant rate of interpolation in order to obtain an homogeneous distribution of the material even on the corners. In some applications it is also controlled the dispensing and mixing of the materials, in addition to temperature control.

The control most used in these applications is SIAX M-EVO/T connected to a consumer or industrial PC ( CO15-W CO18-W and CO21-W ) where it can also be installed CAD/CAM for the ISO generation of machining profile.
