Description

Sipro, from its foundation, has applied its numerical controls on press feeders.

The entire management of the press feeder is done by the PLC; this gives the application the maximum flexibility both from the point of view of customer’s customization than concerning the type of tool with which the press feeder is connected.

Sipro has, however, developed basic functions that simplify the programming and the management, for example, of the encoder on the material, of the absolute encoder on the press, of the molds’ checks etc. etc.

The controls currently used in the press feeders are the SIAX A-EVO for machines with less performances and SIAX M-EVO/T for internal panel with user interface on Android terminal 10” 12” or 15” ( HMIS10 Android , HMIS12 Android Android o HMIS15 Android ) or the SIAX XPC control combined with the monitor (MTFT) for the fastest machines.
