Tube bending

Description

SIPRO has historically developed an important number of applications for tube bending in metal/copper tubes and wire.

Complex as a CNC machine, tube bending machines take full advantage of all the features, flexibility and versatility of Sipro’s numerical controls.

Main features are: management of 9 electric Ethercat axes with absolute encoder; variable radius bending; management of a line with more machines; management of all machine adjustments (for example blocking, movable slide, mandrel, average ray) and interface with graphical programming systems with 3D view; simulation of feasibility of the piece (reporting any potential collision).

The controls used on tube bending are SIAX A-EVO for simple machines and SIAX M-EVO/T for internal panel with user interface on Android terminal 10”, 12” or 15” ( HMIS10 Android , HMIS12 Android or HMIS15 Android ), or industrial PC ( CO15-W , CO18-W and CO21-W ) or the SIAX XPC control combined with the monitor (MTFT) for more complex machines.
