Description

Sipro created a variety of applications in the tanning industry and in particular for leather-splitting machine, shaving machines and milling drums machines. Numerical controls SIAX A100 and SIAX M8 are normally used in these applications.

The use of Sipro’s numerical controls allows ease of use, maximum accuracy with the control of the leather thickness through encoder, high productivity and low maintenance needed. Moreover it is possible to have an attractive user interface with large touch screens Android compatible (HMIS10 and HMIS12).

On the numerical controls used in this field are applied, on the electronic boards, special paints to avoid corrosion from acids in these environments, and also some specific arrangements to increase the degree of the frontal’s protection.

Very useful are also very compact low voltage brushless motors with integrated drive, with an high degree of IP protection against splashing water.
