Description
Sipro’s numerical control natively incorporates in its firmware the SCARA geometry for this type of robot that is typically used in applications for quick pick and place.
SIPRO has applied its own numerical controls also in numerous big Scara robot for palletizing in the packaging industry and for integration in plastic injection molding or metal press lines.
In addition to the features described for other types of robots, Sipro’s numerical control functionalities that are particularly used on Scara robots allow a smooth and constant movement for large robots and great handling speed with precise stop (without "swinging") in small robots.
Sipro’s numerical control most used in Scara robot is the SIAX M8/P palmar with key switch, front USB port, emergency button and three-step enabling switch.
